Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy We are unable to provide refunds for any service. However, adjustments or corrections can be made after the service. If adjustments or corrections are needed, the client MUST notify the stylist within 72 hours from the date of the original appointment. The client must come in within 7 days to alter original service. Any changes needed after 7 days from original appointment will be booked as a new appointment and charged full price. Cancellation Policy The client will receive a reminder notification 48 hours and 24 hours prior to their appointment in the form of a text message or email. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice may incur a 20% fee of services booked. No Show Policy No call, no shows will be required to pay 50% of services booked prior to booking another appointment. Lateness Policy If the client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, it is at the discretion of the stylist whether your service will have to be changed or rescheduled. If the service needs to be rescheduled, there will be a 20% fee of services booked.
